Refund policy

If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your book and we’ll guide you through the return process.

If the item is damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return postage. For other returns, we kindly ask you to cover the return cost. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
